Hello world! First of all, I start off with the ratings from Neewollah Marching festival for our band:

Flags - II, Field/Performance - I, Drum Majors - I, Drum Line - I.

That’s all they announced over the intercom when I was there, I’m sure there’s more categories and ratings that we didn’t hear. Anyway, we got Best in Class 5A, but not Grand Champion like last year. I’m happy that we got Best in Class, but unhappy that we didn’t get Grand Champion. Lawrence got that :-Z Grrr! I STILL think that our show was by far the best, even though we made some minor mistakes. And by that, I mean our show was the best crowd-pleaser, and I don’t know how many people told me that we deserved to win Grand Champion as well. But I AM happy with what we did get, because the title comes with a huge trophy for the band room

I got up at 6:15, left at 6:50, and got back home at 11:45 last night. Oh yeah, I’m tired. But the computer calls me We got to see 5 (or was it 6?) bands play the SAME MUSIC for their show, from The Pirates of the Caribbean. Sure, that music is great and I love it. But hearing it over and over again, it gets annoying.

Today was great! For many reasons.. but we’ll start out with just the fact that my voice is FINALLY starting to come back Isn’t it great? I’m sure many people wish it wasn’t, heh. I took my Tale of Two Cities quiz, and for once, I feel like I really got a good grade on it. I think I understood everything really well. The switching of people at the end, to keep Darnay from getting executed, reminded me of Harry Potter when Crouch’s wife used a ?polypotion? to make herself look like her son so that he wouldn’t die in Azkaban. Does anyone else who has read both think so?

Anyway, I got to talk to a certain person a lot which made me very, very happy. I was feeling very obnoxious as well, but that didn’t seem to phase him. Ah, its amazing what a turn-a-round my personality can take. People seem to enjoy me more like that, however. Guess that’s a good thing. I’ve got a football game to perform at tonight :-/ Its our next to last performance, as well. I have to get up at around 6AM tomorrow, so I had better go. Later!

Tomorrow, I most likely won’t be able to blog. But for a good excuse! I am going to be gone all day long tomorrow at Neewollah Marching Festival. As long as the weather is nice, it’ll be great I think I might even be able to spend some time with certain people who’s names I won’t mention who I wish to know better 0:) I just hope Colin won’t tag along like he manages to do and ruin everything just with his mere presence. The scumbag.

Flute choir was fun today. Except the instructor was getting frustrated with some of the other people, because they didn’t know their parts. Seriously….we only have 1 rehearsal left, and I don’t think they’ve practiced at all. I certainly don’t want to embarass myself at the concert. On the other hand, because they can’t play it, the instructor eliminated their parts for about 3 measures of the song so I have a solo The alto isn’t so bad, I have to admit I’m really starting to like it alot. The alto flute is a lot heavier, though, so my arm does suffer some during rehearsals.

I know that I can’t be with Brad anymore. But at the same time.. I wish that I was, in a way. Its so complicated. I do like someone else, so I’m focusing on them Their really nice and have a great personality. I have no idea if they like me as well, so I’ll just have to find out 0:)

This is it for today, because my sister hasn’t got her ass home yet. She has to be able to get through on the phone line.. dial up sucks.
