I was so lucky today in English. I had forgotten to read over 40 pages of Mockingbird because of my fantasmic Spring Break.. and we were supposed to have a quiz, but she made it a take home :woohoo: AND I didn’t have to take my vocab test either, I get to do that in seminar sometime. Phew :exclaimation:

In other news… today I got a purdy Easter egg from David full of delicious candy (jelly beans, chocolate eggs… yum yum!!!!). I gave him an egg full of glow in the dark stars, a holographic crane, and a reese’s peanut butter cup. I think mine slightly paled in comparison to his, but oh well.

We had a ’study hall’ in band today cuz so many kids were practicing for the musical. Of course, I wasn’t studying, I had better things to do. :hehe: Bet you can guess what. I had no idea so many people knew about me and David!!! I told Casey, who told Katie, who told like everyone. Not that I mind, its just funny.

We got back our MC papers, I got an 87 without corrections. :exclaimation: I should get around a 90 after correcting everything.. it sorta amazes me.. I always think my papers are so bad, but apparently my teacher doesn’t think so horribly of them.

I had a good time at lunch and stuff with David today ^.^ I :heart: him. He’s so cute, even though he’ll probably see that I said that and be like :wtf: But oh well :hehe:

Yeah, as you can tell.. I got new smilies. The others were cute, but they were so much bigger than the lines of text in my blog it just offset everything else.. so I went with these smaller ones, also from Kawaiiness.com. They’re pretty cute, although a tad smaller than I would have liked. :die:

I’M SO HAPPY!!!!!!!!

But first, you’ll have to endure the following story.

As you probably know, Kitty has been keeping another ’secret’ from me. He’s been just dangling it over me for the past few days or so. I’ve kept asking him what it is but he says “I can’t tell you” :faint: Yeah, I was dying to know what it was.

And then today, right as soon as I saw him, he hands me a disc and says “Follow the directions” and takes off. He was gone pretty much all day at this thing out of school, so yeah, I couldn’t ask him about it or anything.

Very funny, David. Very funny. lol just leave me with yet ANOTHER mystery to think about. He knows how I am with that stuff. Anywho, about this disc. I got home, I had 2 minutes on the computer before I’d have to get off. So I popped it in, and for some reason the CD drive doesn’t read it. I’m like okay.. and I put it in the DVD drive to see if it worked in there. It did, and I opened it up. It said to look at all the files and stuff, so I did. And then I opened this second folder in there, and it said open the ZIP file. It wouldn’t unzip at first for some reason, so I just copied it to the desktop and THEN it worked. And there was another text file that said to listen to this music file. So I did, and then…

Guess what??????? (lol I’m going to tell you anyways.. like you have the choice!) David aka Kitty asked me out!!!!!! weee! I’m extremely happy about it and everything and yessssssssssssssssssssssssssss [xinfinity]

Sorry if that was a rather disjointed paragraph.. you have to understand I’m happy/hyper/full of energy right now. :cheerful:

In other news..

English was actually really boring without Kitty. Nothing really exciting happened. I do have a pretty good story from Computer Tech though. This kid, Colin (real freaky guy, I don’t recommend ever meeting him) had 200 copies of this naughty document printed from his computer during the fire drill at school. So yeah, the teacher/principle/whoever else is really mad about it. Colin denies having anything to do with it, and his story is that someone got onto his computer and did it during the fire drill. He’s blaming it on the obvious, but the weird thing is, the kids he’s blaming didn’t do it. So its a huge mystery as to who did it, and obviously the administration (as I’ll call them) wants someone to blame and punish.

Pretty entertaining when I’m supposed to be working lol.

I’m having a hard time focusing on anything but the *obvious* at the moment, so this is it for wonderful today lol.

You know, today hasn’t been such a great day for me.

1. I forgot my project sheet and all my collected information for my Spanish project on Argentine food. Luckily, Katie was able to email me the necessary info so I could finish it today.
2. I forgot my MC book, so I wasn’t able to look up the pages my quotes were on for my essay. Once again, my ass was saved by someone else, except this time their name was David aka Kitty. (I now owe him MUCHO for helping me out - its so hard to find a specific quotation in a book of that many pages)
3. My essay is a piece of crap and I hate it. I have to print off the final copy and have it for tomorrow, and I’m still not finished with it at this late time of 9:27 PM.

Yes, now you understand the title of today’s entry. *sigh* This weekend hasn’t been so hot (don’t I sound like a cool kid? lol). Its been boring and today’s lil surprises haven’t made it all that enjoyable. Maybe next weekend will be better.

I made David a present earlier (although before he helped me with my paper). lol, its like.. a total spawn of my boredom. Not to mention my nearly unlimited supply.. and I’m not going to say anymore cuz it’ll give it away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes. You’ll be able to view a photo of it later. Not that it’s really exciting or anything, but I just couldn’t resist the temptation of the recent information I received. hehehe :cheerful:

I really need to get ‘on the ball’ with my homework considering I only have 30 more minutes to mess with it >,<
